What item on your menu do you just LOVE and think everyone needs?
Any drink with Espresso in it!
In what way have you gone above/beyond in the past for a customer?
I try to do this with every customer. I think the best thing you can do for ANY person is to treat them like they matter.
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever had a customer do for you?
Ohhhhhhhh goodness, we have the best customers. We have had them bring the staff flowers, we were given a portrait of me and my Husband, they have bought us cool and unique mugs…. Just so many things. We are so grateful for all of our customers.
What tool/equipment/or other vendor could you not imagine doing business without?
My espresso machine.
When did you know you wanted to go into this business?
3 years ago. Joe and I were having dinner, he was doodling on a napkin and he drew a cup of coffee with beans on it that said “Brandys of Cup of Joe” which is where the idea stemmed from. This business started as a coffee shop and has truly turned into so much more.
What other local business do you just LOVE? Why?
I’m pretty in love with all of the small businesses in Hornell. I’ve been so fortunate to have all of them support us.
What are you passionate about outside of your business?
Helping people learn about Jesus. I know that may sound corny or weird but God has worked miracles in my life and I love to see others experience that.
Describe your PERFECT day…
Coffee, conversation, God!
