As a person who works with business owners every day, it takes a lot to impress me. I'm also a creative person by nature and sometimes its difficult for me to convey in words something I imagine visually. I am impressed to say that Heather Stanford Photography is an AMAZING business because of its fantastic owner, Heather. Heather is a creative, innovative, and strong business owner. She's found her calling in life with photography and done what many others can't, SUCCESSFULLY followed her dream. Her work is fantastic and she understood exactly what I wanted, which was a family photo unlike anyone else's. We worked together because she listened to my thoughts and ideas, incorporated with her own on how to successfully accomplish it and the results were phenomenal. I'm so glad to see a photographer of her caliber has set up shop in Hornell. I would highly recommend Heather Stanford Photography and will be returning for future pictures as our family of 5 grows. Thank you Heather for capturing the story of who we are as a family in our pictures. That's exactly what I wanted and didn't dare to hope for. But you NAILED it!

I really cannot say enough good things about Heather.
She doubled as my doula and photographer for my little man’s birth and was not only an amazing support person, but an even better advocate for me during such a difficult and vulnerable time. She came to my home and helped me labor, walked around our block with us, providing her support and expertise in every scenario. Her continued support postpartum is more than I could’ve ever asked for. I cannot recommend her enough. She has such a special gift, and I am very fortunate I got the opportunity to take advantage of it.
