What makes your business unique and special?
We can take care of your total event by providing floral, chair covers, sashes, table centerpieces, lighted backdrops and more. I am kind of a one stop shop. Your wedding is all I work on! I specialize on all the details for your special event.
What item/service on your menu or in your shop do you just LOVE and think everyone needs?
Beautiful flowers!
In what way have you gone above/beyond in the past for a customer?
We are always there for our clients. If it’s a last minute detail or change, no problem for us. We are always here to help in anyway possible!
What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever had a client do for you?
Sweet compliments and telling me how I have made their day special, that means a lot to me!
What tool/equipment/or other vendor could you not imagine doing business without?
I love the Carbone family from The Main Place in Hornell NY. They are awesome to work with! John has helped my business so much with referrals. I would not be where I am today without the Carbones and the Main Place.
When did you know you wanted to go into this business?
Ever since I was 3 years old. My mother told me I was moving my room around and always re decorating. It’s my passion!
What other local business do you just LOVE? Why?
The Main Place in Hornell NY. I would love to do all of my weddings there!
What are you passionate about outside of your business?
My home, I love my home. I am always re-decorating, changing things and shopping for unique decor. In the summer I enjoy gardening and making my outside look lovely as well. I also enjoy shopping with my daughter, spending time with my grandchildren and DIY projects for my home.
Describe your PERFECT day…
A perfect day is when I get a delivery of flowers and I spend the day putting together wedding floral arrangements. I love seeing everything come together!
Introduce us to your STAFF… tell me something unique about them.
I have a great employee, Lea. Without her, I could not do what I do. She is the hard work behind my vision. I can always count on her. I would be lost without her, she is the best! She totally gets me! She also likes to work on household projects and spending time with her son.
Where do you see the business in 10 years?
Hoping to build it up to where one of my granddaughters would like to carry it on. I would like to be able to design and run the business from behind the scenes!
